sounds fair enough, is there a list of adjudicators for the qualifying times incase your not on when people are? that we can just invite for the qual time to become official?

As for the Qualifying issue, i like it.
Let me get this straight though, because I want to post up an official statment:

Qualifying will be held after the Event on Tuesday Nights (not mandatory)
Qualifying will be 3 laps? correct***see below
Drivers have until 4pm Tuesday to Qualify, which can be held by Myself, Hamilton, Stuttgrat and Scuderia.
If more than 16 people show, we will have two lobby with 12 in lobby 1 and anyone else in lobby 2.
If we have 16, there is 1 lobby of 16.
Would you be opposed to a 5 lap qualifying set up where the first lap does not count, 3 flying laps and a final lap where everyone stops so we can get qualifying times? or would you rather the 1st lap count, 2 flying laps, and then people stop?
That sounds like a perfect idea I was going to say, that's the whole point of quliflying, to qulifly for the race,if u havent quliflyed then how can you try and relegate the ones that did, I've never seen the last 3 quilfers have to battle it out with the best 3 none qulifyers? s
And do 2 quliflyin rounds top 10 straight thro then top 6 in round two like thhey do in supercroos
Hamilton supposedly has Qualifying sorted....though I have heard little about it. I'm curious to see what he came up with.

Just for a heads up to everyone. Expect some changes regarding lobbies. To those of you who were reqeusting a certain lobby structure, (I heard a few), there is no EASY way to set it up. The way that WORKS the best is what we are using (in regards to everyone racing). Some mentions taking the top 3 in L1 and the bottom 3 in L2 and switching them . . .Thatwill not work. People would finish in last on purpose to make up points in lobby 1.
I have tweo Suggestions , 1 that is unfair to a few people, the other could pose some issues ( I heard Hamilton mention this:
1. My suggestion: 1 Lobby ONLY. Top 16 Qualifying Time make the Race, everyone else sits out.
2. Qualify on Monday, get Lobbies sorted Monday Night/Tuesday morning, Let people know who their lobby host will be.

This was sorted out by Hamilton. There will be 1 Lobby. Top 16 Qualifying Times will make the Race. Anyone outside of the top 16 can feel free to host their own room to sort out 17th and under. Due to Wait Times, Lobby failures and connection issues, we will no longer host 2 lobbies.
It is up to you to practice. I will talk to Hamilton about Qualifying changes (he had an idea, but not sure if he wants to run wit it)
im up for one big lobby and those 17th and after ( which could include myself) sort out a secondary lobby if they (we)want.
as i wasnt in the room when discussed i have a few small questions:
1/ do those that normally cant turn up at the appointed time still find themselves at the back of the field?as in out of the first 16? for example mr scuderia who has class conflicts with the start time. nothing personal but it needs to be asked. as you were not alone.
2/ if it comes to pass that qualifying is done the night before will that be at the same time as normal race time but on a monday ?

If the person doesn't qualify, they don't race. If a 2nd lobby is made, and the person is online, they start at the back of the second lobby. If the person isn't at the race when it starts, the next in line takes their place.

The next race is Week 4: Indianapolis. (This is next tuesday @ 11:30p UK).
Hey Endo. If you want to race, you need to pick your car and team (not sure which is available). And also download that corresponding Tuning Set up from F4H Hamilton (he is on my friendslist)
I am really looking forward to this series. Mr Hamilton, it might be a good idea to throw up some "rules/regulations" ..points sytem.. etc for this. it's a pain i know, but it'll make it easier for everyone :)
in the process of doing it now. jus finished the ilmc =]
ok for now nothing’s going to change apart from qualifying after the race for the next weeks race and for those who have to go bed early il meet up with them within the week to give them there 3 laps. Failure to qualify before tuesday 4pm gmt will be placed last so dont leave it last minute. next season il use the new system which am still writing up. We will be having two lobbies for now. If we have 16 itl obviously be 16 people in one but anymore and the cut off point is 12th.
