Neuro to be honest you get treated like that with any job you do, they will never notice the good work you do until you fuck up, then they will notice a whole lot more. lol

building site rules really do suck. its due to "insurance policies" ( like you may have been told before). i have to wear the whole hard hat, hi-viz jacket and steelies. the only one i understand totally for me tho is the steel toe caps .. mainly due to being a welder and its kinda hard wearing a hard hat AND a welding mask at the same time. and the hi-viz jacket catches fire quicker than a packet of swan vesta when hit with hot motlen spatter from welding. but its ok for the foreman to come out of his office in hush puppies and a t-shirt to go look at something!!

im behind the times both actual times and whats happening as far as events go but have been playing with the mr-s tonight on fujimi . wicked fun until i start pin balling on corners. slowly im getting the track, and loving the car. but could only manage a 9:28. and that wasnt clean. infact i was humming "pinball wizard"-the who, trying to get to the crest of the mountain .. and "born to be wild" steppenwolf, on the way down .. love coming down that mountain 
EDIT:and yes now after looking at posts im a week behind :/
2nd EDIT: there are a few discrepencies between the dispayed braking zones highlighted and how fast you can actually go around some bends on that map, there are some that really do need to paid attention to tho

oh, yeah, you'll better that lap really quickly. i was running pretty slow. after a few laps you be closer to 9:00:00 (assuming you don't hit a wall.

I did a 9min lap yesterday when on with you Sharper,.. I hit a wall,.. spun right around and was jammed against the wall front end against it,.. had to put it into reverse and then get going again,... LOL!
TIP: After exiting one of the tunnels the road sweeps left (not the one that sweeps outta the tunnel onto the bridge *thats flat anyways*),.. the braking line suggests RED on brakes,.. but theres really no need to,.. keep it flat out n bang up to 4th!
But yeah, you'll defo need to brake for the next bend,... lol.
Hopefully my brain will be awake for the race properly,.. and if i'm ahead of JP at the startline he can expect to not see me til the finish line, where i'll be waiting with and ice cold pint of Guiness!

8:50.542 be my best time at the moment,.. although I always seem to clip a wall or something,.. swine track! But yeah, consistent with 8:50s now 
Could defo hit an 8:49 and get it clean but yeah, time time time,... lol. But hey, for a non-topped PI car that'd put me around 150th on leaderboard,... might have to go stick an extra 10 PI on the car n see what time it gives me
......EDIT UPDATE.......
Just PI'd the car to a 350 and did two straight clean laps outta the bag,.. lol. First last from the line was an 8:50 and then the next lap an 8:47.656
125th on the leaderboards with that,... and yeah, could defo go quicker,...

you think your slow - 9 minutes 16 secs is my best so far, tail end charlie is what i will be hahahaha. Better set the finish timer for about 5 minutes or more or i'll get DNF lol.

Yea cant say its a great choice, i tryed one lap with it on the track, GREAT track not so on the car, cant say many of us would really enjoy a close race. . . .

I think I know what my choice will be,.. only thing is is that I hope I can make the race aswell as the others!!

I think it's a car thats worth everyone having a go with as it really is quite under-rated overall.
Not sure how many Laps that one will be but due to the lentgh of the track and being a lower class, it should make for a decent amount of excitement and certainly a track where no corners can be cut! Dodgems maybe? hahaa!

By the way, I fucking hate work and hate the fact that i'm having to answer the most chilish questions in Word documents to satisfy an NVQ in something I already know how to do backwards, inside and outside! I hate questions that feel like they were designed to insult my very being!
Sorry, rant over,.. i'm still pissed that I couldn't race last night and still even tonite can't switch off from work and sit down with the xbox pad for any amount of time! Instead i'm gonna be up for the next few hours doing this work I haven't had time to do and still don't really have the time to do now, so yeah, a serious lack of sleep is what I have to look forward to tonite, and then a full day of walking around on a foot that doesn't want to, and a foot I really shouldn't be walking around on.
My doctor TOLD me not to be wearing my steel toecaps cos of my foot, but my employers have shown me ZERO understanding for the fact that i'm hobbling around all day on foot and have told me I can't come in unless I have them on. Oh and if I want "comfort" then I should buy my own! Awesome,.. surely the employer should be providing the correct footwear relevant to my job,... but no,... steelys no matter what is all that they need to provide for me, obviously not taking into consideration my actual reality duties which involve WALKING around ALL DAY!
Everyone else at work drives and get their fuel paid for. I have to pay £22.50 a week for my travelling,..
And also, i'm on a shite trainee wage whilst they get their proper wages,.. AND I seemingly, and judging from responses I get from tenants, I do a BETTER FUCKING JOB than anyone else!
So yeah, i'm struggling with my days at the moment, sick of being under-considered in every which way, and feel like i'm being treated as if i'm a school leaver with no life experience or having any adequate knowledge of how the world turns.
Patronised? Yeah, fucking daily. Raped? Yeha, my mind, body and creative soul is currently being stretched beyond reasonable limitations.
I may explode in someones face soon,.... I really hope they're in a tank when I do cos they'll need to be!
