Members can attach files if needed. The option is under the "body" section of your topic. Below the body find "File Attachments" . You can upload up a few types of files including .xls, .doc & .pdf.
File size is limited to 8mb, and each user has up to 200mb worth of upload data space available. if you need more, let me know.
