thanks nudge. i was a little taken back also. his biggest complaint (after speaking with him through personal messages) was that he thought we were unorganized .. but, in all honesty..his connection screwed the pooch.
everyone was in good communication except for him..which eventually lead to this CRAP of a session. (until he left)
as is back to normal now though.
