I was doing faster laps in the audi on Silverstone than any of the other cars. It may be slower on the straights but it handles WAY better than any of the other cars. i wouldn't count it out.  If it is found to be WAY to slow, i will add some HP to it.

Thoughts?

I agree with Hamilton. The AWD system allows the Audi to enter, carry, and exit faster through turns, but once its on a straight, the other cars just absolutely walk past it.  If someone, say a Mr Scuderia for example, were able to tune a RWD car to turn fairly well, the Audi wouldn't stand a chance. I think this is a classic example of why RWD and AWD cars are incredibly hard to balance in Forza.

On a side note, I'm curious why the GS cars have aero. The cars in the Continental Series don't and I think I may enjoy the series more without the aero. All of the cars look better and I'd be more than willing to help sort out the builds to balance the cars.

alright, sounds like the audi should get more power then.

Tthe GS class has aero because the BMW, Chevy and Ford slide all over the place.  It was requested (and i thought by you and nizmo) and it seemed to help a lot.  (original these did not have aero)

Although this is based off of the Continental Sports car series...it is not the continental sports car series. Differences::::: Standing starts, aero, points system, no teams, custom paint..etc etc.

I have uploaded Good tuning set-ups for the GS class (the Chevy is as Tame as I could get her. She's somewhat aggressive). I have also uploaded tunes for the CIVIC and KIA in St class.  All of these are 15,000 credits (40,000 for my personal KIA tune)

These are NOT required, just optional for people interested.  I assure you, they have been tested and are very competitive against one another.

A word of advice though, each has it's limitations as well strong points.

I will put together the rest of the ST tunes later (if people are interested). I will gift these tunes to anyone interested in tweaking (just buy something from my storefront).

Sorry Namdac. The table is forcing objects to multiple lines.  the full line should read "Stock Twin Turbo"  not "Stock Twin" and  "Turbo"

I just broke apart each line to help.  BT, if you are finding the PI does not match my parts, please let me know.  Mistakes happen

in the upgrades selection area within the game the Audi S4 (2010) only allows the fitment of stock twin superchargers (no turbos are available for selection) and you can't alter the pistons in any way. I'll probably stick with the 370Z but the Audi is a viable option (i'll compare them then decide for sure).

ill have to go back and check my table versus the set-up. i apologize. and btw, it is a very stable car (with tuning.) and really competitive.

Cheers guys. I have "modified" the build and Just kept the front tyres to there standees width ( 245 ) just wanted to know if that's ok? If not I will happily run with a gifted setup, as long as I can tune the suspension :)

You cannot alter any of the parts. Follow the build exactly as is.  I've adjusted the PI to match (not sure where I messed up the PI). As long as you follow the parts, i am happy.

So ive tried to make the 370z to your spec, but it keeps coming back with a pi of 623. the only way i can get it to match what you have is to keep the front tyres width to stock. any suggestions?

I will gift you the set up. Send me a message on xbox reminding me.  (Also, Namdac has a set up for this i think).  I'll need to look into it.

Like Barnsy said, the build as listed amounts to a PI rating of 623 (hence why the setup i've been using shows this instead of of 621) - i have a tune floating around for it that i'll gift to Barnsy if he wants it.
