so yea...

not sure if you saw the post on fb, but my game got screwed up, so i had to restart. which sucks. but it's okay, cause i'm learning how to use the wheel, it's still a work in progress, and i've got a new approach to how i'm doing my cars. it's gonna take a while, mainly cause i'm still tryin to get used to the wheel. it's perfectly fine in midnight club, i'm gonna test it in nascar 09 and grid here shortly, but forza is definitely a work in progress right now. if any one has a suggestion for the wheel settings, i'm down to hear you out

neuro was a BIG wheel user // he may have some tips.. but i think he went back to the controller because the wheel wasn't working out for him in Forza3

Heres my facts:

Controller = faster

It just is, I can get pretty close to my controller times with the wheel, but yeah, close but no cigar. Although I will say that I find I can get closer to my pad times when the car is a faster car,... R1 for example. Thats my version of things anyways.

Wheel = WAY MORE FUN! Lol.

Yep, it's definitely more fun. I might actually start using mine again for the tuesday night events, simply for the fun factor and feeling more like i'm driving rather than just playin another game.

So yeah, that's all I have right now, I forget what settings I had set up, but I don't think they were much different than the default to be honest.

If I suddenly have a brainwave and remember anything significant, then i'll post it here.

Man i'm tired!

well un-tiredize yourself then lol. i prefer the wheel more cause i can control my throttle response a lot better with it. i can actually ease in to the brakes instead of tapping repeatedly, and same thing on the throttle coming out. i just need to adjust myself steering habits is all. i need to get that down along with my foot work. other than that, i'm okay

i had to put a lot of effort into braking slowly with the controller. i found myself jamming the brakes down in a panic. but at some point i got really use to just taking it easy with the brakes..and accelerating with the gas . . .

although a wheel sounds fun, i just don't think i ever want to put the time into re-learning how to drive Smile
