I thought all these races were same car, stock tune??

Anyways, can't believe you let JP take this one in my absence!

I had a monster tiring day yesterday and consequently fell asleep on the bed with baby after feeding him n calming him to a quietude.

Tis ok, JP knows his overall victory is hollow since I wasn't there to finish the deal

Hope it was fun though even despite the wandering from Stock n same car!!

yea u missed a good one neuro, but yea definatly need to keep same car next time, it showed as the front two for most the race had the new porschers and we had falcons. but hey ho . . . . .

Yeah, we need to keep the same cars going for now on.

and neuro, you can ask the guys, i tried to stall as much as possible. started about 20 minutes late. nagels didn't show either, but i wasn't going to cancel it unless we had a very weak room like 4 people show)

The april series will start next week. JPmontoya has given me the info for the first race. (which i'll post tomorrow)

btw, neuro, you have the choice of the second race, and me & bullet will pick #3.

my sincere apologies for not being on of late, but tues night event is 0:30 here in spain and getting up at 06:00 kinda puts me out of touch. that, and the fact that the only time i raced with you guys i was left behind, even lapped by the entire field. kinda embarrasing. i need to knuckle down and pratice i know, it just felt i was racing an old morris minor against formula 1 cars.

lol audiofly .. i'll tell you what. we've been racing with another clan recently .. the UW clan (you can find them in the Ther Teams link at the top of the page) .

they asked if we had people that might want to race with them once in a while. not sure when they race, but it may be worth gettin a few races in with them. they are good people, and it would help bring our to teams together

it sucks being here in america when everyone i play with online is 5 hours ahead. when i'm online, people are going to bed, or just waking up!

it's ok neuro. My suggestion to you is to start your own series for the UK guys .. something a little better for you all to get in an early race with REST still available.

I really don't mind you guys racing without me. I unserstand.. I Love the tuesday races though.

Also, UW wants some guys to race with them from time to time.

apologies to anyone who has been practicing on the short track . . the full circuit flows better.

Getting concerned that I have now only had 1 race where my car has not been damaged and causes the car to under perform. The enjoyment for me is slowly dissapearing. I have not been on cod all week practicing all tracks and doing well on line. Not sure if it me but the limited damage is poking my racing... Sorry to bitch guys but been down about not having been in any shape of a competitor as my cars are u/s....

A few updates / details for this.

The top 3 spots of the series will pick the next car and tracks (for Aprils Series) 1st place will pick the first event. 2nd picks second , 3rd picks 3rd. (If for whatever reason an event isn't picked, i will make the choice myself)

Also, anyone who is up for it, take a photo of your car for the race and i will use it as an advertisement. I'd like one for the mini series. all i ask is to leave a little open space for text in the photo.

...AND..... For the April Series, I was wondering if people would be up for "Paying" for entry. Here's my plan : I made a "Gold Coin" that I will put in my storefront for a fee (whatever we determine) the credits will be held, and split between the Podium finishers. It's not a big incentive, but it something extra. (thought?)

No problem Nudge, at least you got in the event man. you were running decent all the way up until that. I posted a 10 sec vid of the incident.

You gave the impression you cause the crash, but after watching it a few times. no one was really at fault.. just a lot of people jammed up on that turn .. it was bound to happen.

for a suggestion on car how about a choice of two - Audi Touring or Mercedes touring where you can pick one or the other (obviously lol) but both are allowed to run in the race (DTM Style event). 20 laps should be sufficient to keep it within the required time allotment.
