Welcome to Mach Racing : Introduce Yourself

By now you have gone through the website a little. Old members know we have a lot of updating to do to catch up to the old forum. With a little help from everyone, this should be pretty quick.
Anyone who would like their old posts to be posted here, feel free to copy and paste content to start it again. I wish it was as easy as a click, but it loks like it gonna take a little more ffort than that.

hey im craig aka mr hellbent84 i was one of the 3 who started this team with sharper and darkknight at the time we came over from team root beer and brought along 5 members with us (they know who they are). I been with the team since the start and im glad to see this many people joining and more.

hello from spain, I was thinking about hooking up with MR during my time on Grid,for some clean racing and good times. but fell back into line with COD4. now i have forza3 and hoping for some decent online racing and possiibly help with tuning as tbh i dont know all that much about it. looking forward to racing/chatting to you all.

Hi folks
My name is Rick from West Sussex, Sean (Mr Bullett Dodger) introduced me to Forza, I work with him as a Master technician at the same dealership (Peugeot) I have worked with cars all my life (Im old now 46)love gaming always have done, Ive built a pretty top end PC and spend much time on that but Ive just bought a 360 super elite just for Forza.
Sean wouldn't stop going on about it so I had no choice really I thought I would come on and show him how it was done ..................... well ..... how wrong I was !!!
As any one who has raced with me will know , I have much to learn and If I have knocked any one off the track already, please be aware that it wasnt deliberate !!!

I have a big commitment to PC gaming still but will play Forza as much as I can.

nice to have you on the team BRUVVA .. . . i'm a semi-hardcore gamer .. mostly interested in havin a good time. i like complaining and bitching, but usually all in good fun ... USUALLY.

either way, i'm easy going, but I'm on and off xbox quickly due to a JAM PACKED schedule . . so if I deny a party invite, that's why.

hi all, my gamertag is plankspanker x,real name tattoo tony,because 95% of my body is tattooed.i am 43 and regulally play driving games mostly pgr 4 upto now.I have built my own cockpit,using a leather seat out of a nissan skyline gte,i will post some pics soon. Welcome aboard Tattoo Tony! 95% tattooed eh! Gonna have to see some of that ink man. I've personally deisgned a few for people who have requested me to, but don't have any myself,.. YET! (plans for one of my own designs soon me thinks)

Guitars and music,.. I have about 13 guitars at last count so consider yourself in the right conversation whilst I'm around (I'm a Schecter man all the way)

Look forward to catchin up with thee on Forza 3. I've got some busy months ahead of me currently, but i'll be on and around as n when I can.

cheers man,i currently have 20 guitars in my collection,ibanez,gibson,kramer,fender and some customs made by a local luthier.actually i;ve just sold a schecter exactly the same as the one u use in your video,by the way great music man,i was also very impressed with your art,the jeff buckley portrait is amazing.i don;t play in a band ,just at home but play everyday as i;m disabled and have plenty of time on my hands,i play mostly blues/rock.

Hi guys, Quick line to introduce myself.. I'm J for Manchester (UK), fairly new to Forza but have been hooked on the demo day and night. I've just about managed to sqeeze out a 1.11 with the Evo and a 1.01 with the RS in the demo so thought I'd try and 'cut my teeth' with the big guns when the full game hits the shelves!!

Hey ya'll. I'm Kyle. I'm 21, hail from a little place know as Richland, WA (if you know the place). I'm currently in the military so there are times where things happen unexpectedly, but for the most part, I'm able to be online often. I've been playing racing sims ever since I laid my hands on a PSX controller to play Gran Turismo. Forza 2 was my biggest game that I play, and I've got some Grid time in as well, but now I can't wait for Forza 3 to come out (I've got the LCE too!) Anyways, as far as racing goes, I strive to do my best to race clean (I still make plenty of stupid mistakes if I try to risk something I underestimate, plus the occasional lag), and most generally bail out of a maneuver that I know will cost both myself and whoever else a big price, and take it myself. I can definitely drive the hell out of a car though, the only thing is that I can only slightly tune options. More along the lines to get the car to agree with me, which tend to be slight ones. I can't wait to get on the track with you guys and will be putting the MR in front of my name within the month (I'm currently deployed and get back just in time for FM3...lucky right?)

Anyway, maybe I'm getting old but getting my car totalled for no reason my some random joe is bugging me and all i want is competitive racing that is clean - of course accidents happen but in the main I'd like to get some clean racing in.

Awright guys, just found this site as iv recently got back into Forza 2. I have grid aswell but dont play it much due to my Forza addiction.
At the mo Im prob spending more time tuning than actual racing which is stupid sayin as im a much better driver than I am tuner! However, my favourite races are the ones in which everyone has the EXACT same level of motor!
When I aint hitting the apexes and drifting when I shouldn't be on the 360, you'll find me at Knockhill Race Course driving my rally car and occasionally having a go the seats leons.
Look forward to some exciting racing with you all...

BTW. Besides GRID, we play Forza2 also.
We have Fastest Lap Challenges for Both games (bi-weekly).

We set up events on the fly for both. Upcoming events are posted on the calendar. You can click "Attend Event" on the Event Details screen.

There are post in the WEB DETAILS section for points and badges. (Although, I'm way behind, and very lazy when it comes to updating those.)

Nice to see a new face Flinster! We play both Grid and Forza ... jump in party chat with us (if available) or just message us to play when you want. For the most part, everyone will play!

Don't get frustrated if there is a lack of activity over the next week. A few of our members are taking a break / vacation.

But check out the Fastest Lap Challenges (FLC's) and upcoming events. (you can sign up for the events by clicking on the "attend this event" link).

It's easy to be a team member .. just play and be semi active on the site. (and by semi active, i mean, log in, read something... accounts with inactivity are deleted after 1 month.)
