Additional points will be handed out for random things like helping with events, becoming a new member, adding the MR tag to your name, etc.
This is the "web" points system. It is only for recognition, nothing else. These are final.
ALSO...it would be wise to keep track of your own points. Like I said, this is a lot of work, and mistakes can be made.
I would love if someone (with free time) could take on this responsibility.
If you are interested, I would need to show you how to do it. (AND TRUST YOU). If this person purposely changes points to benefit themselves or removes points from someone else, they will be removed from the team...indefinitely. (Obviously I would research it)
Since we are introducing a lot of new events, series, etc. I would like to get this started again. (This is kinda time consuming as I have to update each person individually, but whatever).
I will award points for 1 off Races, Races in a Series, and the series itself. Both for GRID and Forza3 (or any game introduced officially)
Gonna see some new faces hit the top of that leaderboard.
Feedback is ok, but little chance of me listening..as this is for recognition only ..and nothing else.
2009 points will be reset on Nov 15th (After the awards ceremony!)
Then points will be added to the winners.

This is the points details page. You can reference this in the future. All points are updated by the Admin's (except for posting in the forums, those are automatic)

to make things some what fair for event races ... i'm gonna issue points to all positions. the edits have been made to the original post.
I checked the users by points table thing and I am listed twice with two different points totals, it happened after you gave me that 20 pts for helping you out
